DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes accounts payable invoices and expense claims for payment by matching and verifying with purchase orders, requisitions, receivers, vendor statements and receipts and employee expense receipts.
Ensures accounts payable invoices and expense claims are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
Performs transaction processing related to accounts payable.
Generates payments, ensures that checks are authorized according to TMRC policy and distributed to payees.
Generate accounts payable aging reports for Chief Financial Officer review and authorization for payment scheduling.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Peer Support Specialist at Turtle Mountain Recovery Center provides recovery-oriented, non-clinical support to individuals participating in substance use disorder treatment services. This position uses personal lived experience with recovery to provide encouragement, mentorship, and practical guidance that supports sobriety, stability and overall wellness.
The Peer Support Specialist works collaboratively with Licensed Addiction Counselors (LACs) and program staff to support client recovery goals, engagement in services, and connection to community resources. This role promotes a culturally respectful, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused environment.
This position does not provide clinical counseling, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, or therapy services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular program rounds to check in clients and provide recovery support
Meet individually with clients to provide peer support, encouragement, and recovery-focused guidance
Share lived recovery experience appropriately to promote hope and motivation
Support clients in identifying and working toward personal recovery goals
Provide recovery tools and worksheets related to triggers, cravings, coping skills, grief, and emotional regulation
Assist clients in connecting with community resources such as housing, employment, food assistance, medical care, court-related appointments, and behavioral health services
Provide advocacy and support to help clients navigate community systems and services
Encourage participation in recovery activities and reinforce healthy coping strategies
Observe client wellbeing and notify clinical staff of concerns related to relapse risk, safety, or behavioral health needs
Escalate urgent medical, behavioral health, or safety concerns to clinical staff immediately
Document peer support services and client interactions in the electronic health record system in a timely manner
Collaborate with Licensed Addiction Counselors and multidisciplinary staff to support coordinated recovery services
Assist with peer-led recovery discussions or groups when applicable
Participate in trainings and team meetings as required
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides therapeutic supervision of clients and client activities, including recreation activities and assure clients maintain program schedule.

Monitors all visitors and ensure that no contraband is brought into the facility by visitors or clients.
Administers drug screenings and breathalyzer screenings for clients at random, upon reasonable suspicion, and upon clients returning from passes.

Completes filing in client charts at end of every shift.
Oversees client self-administration of medications.

Intake Specialist Responsibilities · Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requesting treatment services. Support them in completing the assessment for treatment questionnaire. Schedule the client using the scheduler for appointments for the intake with the Case Manager and evaluation/assessment with a LAC. Must have a strong sense of integrity and discretion, especially when handling confidential information. Knowledge about the types of services offered in treatment programming. Answering and documenting incoming inquires via phone, fax or email; Following up with clients and sharing vital information with clinical team. Responsible for gathering important information and verifying insurance benefits and updating electronic medical records. Ensure all forms and documentation are completed prior to appointments and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.

Role Description
The role of the case manager at the Turtle Mountain Recovery Center is to help clients with their basic needs and coordinate social services as needed to meet these needs.
Job Duties
The case manager will work with clients to enroll with Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance as appropriate. They will also assist clients with needs related to housing, employment, transportation, food, and government assistance. They will work closely with both LACs and PRCs to coordinate holistic care for the clients. Case managers may complete other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain common areas, offices, group rooms, and restrooms.
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum entrance rugs.
- Clean and disinfect dining tables and frequently touched surfaces.
- Empty trash and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
- Ensure restrooms remain clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures when using cleaning products.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the Facilities Manager when supplies need to be ordered.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
