DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide counseling services in both the individual and group setting

QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes accounts payable invoices and expense claims for payment by matching and verifying with purchase orders, requisitions, receivers, vendor statements and receipts and employee expense receipts.
Ensures accounts payable invoices and expense claims are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
Performs transaction processing related to accounts payable.
Generates payments, ensures that checks are authorized according to TMRC policy and distributed to payees.
Generate accounts payable aging reports for Chief Financial Officer review and authorization for payment scheduling.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Competence in financial and bookkeeping software is necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant provides administrative and human resources support to Turtle Mountain Recovery Center. This position assists with maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and staff trainings, tracking credentials and compliance requirements, and providing administrative support to leadership. The position supports organizational operations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains complete, accurate, and confidential employee personnel files, including employee medical files, in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements.
Coordinates and completes pre-employment background checks including criminal background checks, employment verification, education verification, license and certification verification, reference checks, and driver’s license verification when applicable.
Maintains documentation of background screenings, employment verifications, and other required personnel documentation.
Tracks employee credentials, certifications, licensure renewals, and required staff trainings including CPR/First Aid, de-escalation training, medication-related trainings, and other required competencies.
Maintains a centralized tracking system for training completion dates and renewal deadlines.
Coordinates onboarding activities for new hires including orientation scheduling, completion of required paperwork, and initial training coordination.
Tracks performance evaluation due dates and assists leadership with scheduling and documentation.
Coordinates employee exit interviews and compiles feedback for leadership review.
Maintains records related to vendor contracts and service agreements including tracking contract terms and renewal dates and notifying leadership of upcoming expirations.
Provides administrative support to the Executive Director including preparation of reports, meeting minutes, scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination.
Assists with preparation of documentation for audits, licensing reviews, and site visits as requested by leadership.
Assists with internal staff communications and coordination of employee engagement activities.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee and organizational information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides therapeutic supervision of clients and client activities, including recreation activities and assure clients maintain program schedule.
Reports all incidents, unusual events, and emergencies immediately to the Supervisor on duty, according to policies and procedures.
Monitors all visitors and ensure that no contraband is brought into the facility by visitors or clients.
Administers drug screenings and breathalyzer screenings for clients at random, upon reasonable suspicion, and upon clients returning from passes.
Provides safe transportation to and from appointments, recovery events, outings, and other treatment functions.
Completes filing in client charts at end of every shift.
Oversees client self-administration of medications.
Complies with facility safety, infection control, injury prevention, and security protocols.
Follows relevant ethical and legal aspects of providing care to residents in a residential substance abuse/mental health treatment setting.
Demonstrates respect and understanding of confidentiality for clients, staff, and others according to 42 CFR and HIPAA regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake Specialist Responsibilities · Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requesting treatment services. Support them in completing the assessment for treatment questionnaire. Schedule the client using the scheduler for appointments for the intake with the Case Manager and evaluation/assessment with a LAC. Must have a strong sense of integrity and discretion, especially when handling confidential information. Knowledge about the types of services offered in treatment programming. Answering and documenting incoming inquires via phone, fax or email; Following up with clients and sharing vital information with clinical team. Responsible for gathering important information and verifying insurance benefits and updating electronic medical records. Ensure all forms and documentation are completed prior to appointments and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written skills to professionally interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a well-organized workflow. Performing clerical tasks such as answering phones, processing paperwork, managing digital charts, and maintaining organized workspaces.

Role Description
The role of the case manager at the Turtle Mountain Recovery Center is to help clients with their basic needs and coordinate social services as needed to meet these needs.
Job Duties
The case manager will work with clients to enroll with Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance as appropriate. They will also assist clients with needs related to housing, employment, transportation, food, and government assistance. They will work closely with both LACs and PRCs to coordinate holistic care for the clients. Case managers may complete other duties as assigned.

Required Education
The position of case manager requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field. Appropriate professional licensing or work towards professional license is required within the first year of employment. Experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility is preferred.

- Works closely with the staff and intake team to perform applicable monitoring, screening, and searching new clients.

- Completes incident reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.

- Ensures operation of surveillance equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Housekeeper / Environmental Services Technician plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at Turtle Mountain Recovery Center. This position supports the health, safety, and recovery of individuals receiving services by ensuring the facility is properly cleaned and maintained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain common areas, offices, group rooms, and restrooms.
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum entrance rugs.
- Clean and disinfect dining tables and frequently touched surfaces.
- Empty trash and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
- Ensure restrooms remain clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures when using cleaning products.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the Facilities Manager when supplies need to be ordered.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
