EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
Role Description:
The role of the Turtle Mountain Recovery Center (TMRC) Director is to oversee all operations and staffing at the TMRC, including both residential and outpatient services. The Director reports to the TMRC Board and may also provide information about the center to the tribal council. The Board will provide direct oversight of the Director, including performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and hiring. The Director ensures that the TMRC fulfills and promotes the mission of the organization to provide comprehensive substance use treatment and support in celebration of recovery and healing in our community. They are dedicated to serving the Turtle Mountain Community. The Director promotes culturally responsive healing in every aspect of the TMRC. The director must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be ready to build programming from the ground up.
Job Duties:
The Director is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Center. In coordination with the business manager, the Director ensures that the Center is financially accountable to both the clients and the staff. The Director oversees the budget for the center, including revenue and all expenditures, and maintain all licensing and contracting requirements with the state of ND for operations and billing.
The Director is responsible for providing oversight for hiring, annual evaluations, and disciplinary action for TMRC staff. They ensure that the TMRC is providing quality care to the community efficiently and effectively. The Director will be aware of tribal policy and procedure and how they may impact the center. The Director complies with all TMRC policies and procedures and ensures that all employees are complying. If any changes are need to policy and procedures, the Director will take modification to the Board for their approval.
The Director provides the TMRC board with reports of TMRC operations at board meetings. The Board may change the items requested at any time; however, the report will generally include a financial briefing, staffing level, patient volumes in various programs, and plans for growth or sustainability.

Valid driver’s license. (REQUIRED)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide counseling services in both the individual and group setting
- Document the services provided accurately and completely in the Electronic Health Record
- Refer clients for other services, i.e. peer support, healthcare providers
- Work closely with case manager to ensure that the client’s needs are met
- Determine appropriate levels of care
- Ability to work diligently and independently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in addiction counseling is required with a preference of a Master’s degree in this field

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes accounts payable invoices and expense claims for payment by matching and verifying with purchase orders, requisitions, receivers, vendor statements and receipts and employee expense receipts.
Ensures accounts payable invoices and expense claims are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
Performs transaction processing related to accounts payable.
Generates payments, ensures that checks are authorized according to TMRC policy and distributed to payees.
Generate accounts payable aging reports for Chief Financial Officer review and authorization for payment scheduling.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent time management skills
- Competence in financial and bookkeeping software is necessary.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets is crucial, and experience with word processing tools is essential for generating and writing reports for record-keeping and presentations.

INTAKE SPECIALIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake Specialist Responsibilities · Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requesting treatment services. Support them in completing the assessment for treatment questionnaire. Schedule the client using the scheduler for appointments for the intake with the Case Manager and evaluation/assessment with a LAC. Must have a strong sense of integrity and discretion, especially when handling confidential information. Knowledge about the types of services offered in treatment programming. Answering and documenting incoming inquires via phone, fax or email; Following up with clients and sharing vital information with clinical team. Responsible for gathering important information and verifying insurance benefits and updating electronic medical records. Ensure all forms and documentation are completed prior to appointments and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written skills to professionally interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a well-organized workflow. Performing clerical tasks such as answering phones, processing paperwork, managing digital charts, and maintaining organized workspaces.

Role Description
The role of the case manager at the Turtle Mountain Recovery Center is to help clients with their basic needs and coordinate social services as needed to meet these needs.
Job Duties
The case manager will work with clients to enroll with Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance as appropriate. They will also assist clients with needs related to housing, employment, transportation, food, and government assistance. They will work closely with both LACs and PRCs to coordinate holistic care for the clients. Case managers may complete other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of local and national laws, policies and procedures governing residential substance use disorder treatment is necessary.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, families, external consultants and healthcare professionals, colleagues and the community is essential.
Required Education
The position of case manager requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field. Appropriate professional licensing or work towards professional license is required within the first year of employment. Experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility is preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with the staff and intake team to perform applicable monitoring, screening, and searching new clients.
- Secures premises by monitoring visitors and obtaining signatures for confidentiality.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; redirecting trespassers.
- Completes incident reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensures operation of surveillance equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Adheres to HIPPA and 42 CFR part 2 regulations and maintain strict confidentiality per protocol.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Some College or Technical School such as Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement PREFERRED.
- Minimum 2 years of security experience RECOMMENDED.
- Incumbent is required to complete ALL mandatory training (first aid/CPR, nonviolent takedown, naloxone training, and appropriate cultural competency training) prior to OR withing 6 months of hire.
